2nd and 3rd of January &&Lemon, Coconut cake

Yeah I know, I forgot to write on my blog on my second day of blogging, I'm sorry :(
The question for today is -When is your birthday? and the answer is 4th of April.

Well yesterday I didn't do much, I baked a lemon and coconut cake aka THE BEST CAKE EVEEEEER! And since I didn't do anything exiting yesterday I will give you the recipe, and for gods sake BAKE IT! It's awesome! It's in grams and deciliters, but it's hard to convert please convert at home or something, it's a great recipe and I really want you guys to try it. So here it is:

Ingredients:
2 organic lemons (the shell)
1 dl of oil
100 g. of butter
 3 eggs
250 g. of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
250 g. of sugar
100 g. desicated coconut

Melt the butter and mix it with sugar, oil and desicated coconut. Mix the eggs in one after one. Then mix flour, baking powder and grated lemon into the mixture. Put the cake into the oven and bake at 320 Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, untill the outside is  crusty. You can use the juice from the lemon to make icing, all you have to do is squeeze the lemon juicy into a ball, mix with icing sugar untill you have the right texture.

And that's it! Have fun with this, and I hope you like it. I'm sorry I had to write it in grams and deciliter but it got very confusing when I had to convert everything. You can convert it yourself if necessary.

Today my Christmas vacation ended, and I had to start school again. It was pretty fun, nothing exiting happened. Except in math I hung out with Matt, Ella and Caden, and it was really fun, we didn't do much math but it was just so much fun. I also had spanish today with Matt, but we didn't sit together so it wasn't that awkward. Oh and speaking of awkward, I'm just in love with the show on MTV called "Awkward." it's genius and awesome, and her blog is actually what I want to achieve with this one. After school I went down to the supermarked and bought chocolate breakfast with Carol T, then we went to Carol H's house and saw (omg writing saw  made me think of the creepy gross movie "Saw" even though I have only seen 20 minutes of it?) a movie with her and Lily while we ate chocolate breakfast/Choco Pops.
