18th and 19th of March - Hair tips

Hello my beautiful ladies.

Just a quick explanation of what happened the last two days: 18th: Well Carol T got really mad at me and a bunch of other girls from the musical, she actually wrote to a girl, that it was her fault that she was bleeding, because she had cut hrself! Omg who says that to someone, I mean that's awful! Well there's nothing I can do about it, but I wish there was. I just hope she changes soon, cause as it looks right now, I'm deffinitely not gonna talk to her when I graduate from my school. I just don't want that kind of person in my life. 19th: Carol T acted surprisingly normal in school, like she had never been mad at me, I acted like I wasn't mad at her for doing that. But really I was constantly thinking about what a phony she is. But I don't want her to ruin my life, so I just do the stupid thing I always do, ignore it.

Okay that was it, now here is my personall hair tips. They work for me, and my type of hair, but they might not work for you can't promise anything. My hair is medium thick and a bit curly.

#1 Try to not wash your hair everyday  - I do often end up washing my hair everyday, anyways. But I can definitely recommend not doing it. Because if you wash your hair everyday, it will get greasy a lot easier and it will get more ruined.

#2: Use heatprotectant spray  - If you use hot tools for your hair, like curling ion, straightning ion or blow dryer, use heatprotectant before you use them in your hair. The heat from the tools ruin your hair, but with the spray you can avoid most of the heat. Stil I would recommed only using heat tools maximum twice a week.

#3: Use a hairmask once a week  - You can buy one or make one yourself, here is an easy recipe for making one yourself; - mash the flesh of one ripe avocado, add 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix until it's  creamy and then apply to your hair, leave it in for 2O minutes and then wash out with a gentle shampoo. There is a bunch of different hair masks so just tell me if you want the recipes for all of them. I usually buy my hairmasks, cause I'm lazy. Anyways I recommend doing it once a week, so find a day and do it the same day every week, that way you wont get confused.

#4: Don't tease your hair to often  - I sometimes tease my hair to get a bigger bun, if you also do this, my tip is that you shouldn't do it to much, because it really ruins the hair. It's a good idea to only do this maybe about once a week, that way you won't ruin your hair.

#5: Use a toothbrush to smooth out your ponytail  - I know it sounds really wierd, but you know when you have a ponytail and hairs is sticking out everywhere on the top of your head? What I do is; I take a toothbrush and spray hairspray on it, then I brush the little hairs down and the top of my head is smooth. Try it!

#6: Use the cooler setting on your blow dryer  - If your blow dryer has a cooler setting (a setting that makes the "wind" that comes out of it cold) I recommend using that, when you are done drying your hair. This will both cool down your hair and make it more shiney.

#7: Make the sock bun, for heat free curls!  - Do the sock bun, instead of curling your hair with a curling ion. If you don't know what the sock bun is, here is a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FV-YO46E8Y all you need is a sock and a ponytail pretty much. I do it a little different, I put a hair tie around the bun when it's done, this makes it last longer in my hair.

#8: Go to the hairdresser maximum once every three months  - If you want your hair to grow faster, don't go to the hairdresser all the time to get rid of dead ends. It wont make your hair grow faster, instead don't go very often, unless you have a special haircut that needs to be trimmed (bangs or short hair).

#9: Use a bandana around your head  - The perfect accessories for summer are bandanas! I use them around my head as a hairband, this looks very cute and summery. It especially looks good when you have a messy bun, or lose wavy hair. I like thhem in blue, red and black the most, but you can wear them in what colour YOU want.

#10: Discover new hairtstyles  - Always keep your eye out for new hairstyles, and try them out. It's boring if you always wear your hair in a ponytail! So how about trying a braid. You can find hairstyles to try out on youtube or on blogs. Use time to find some hairstyles you like and try them out when you have the time. It's fun and it gives your hair variation. Good luck finding them, and if you find any good ones, please send them to me and I'll share it with eeryone.

That was it, I hope you enjoyed and found some of these tips useful. Again if you have some tips you want to share, please feel free to send them to me. Love M.E<3
