28th and 29th of March - Gaining Confidence

Hey you, yes you, you just made my day by reading this!

And another girl decided to follow my blog! I'm so thankful, that someone actually found my blog good enough to follow it. It's just amazing!

I didn't get to blog yesterday, but again I'll have to disappoint you, I have nothing exiting to tell you. Well I still haven't told Carol T about the woman, who told me, I could be a model. But I'm so scared that she will get upset and jealous, not to sound like I'm cool or somthing, but she really wants to be a model, and the fact that I have the chance, while she doesn't, is probably going to hurt her alot or something. But I'll have to tell her at some point, I just have to figure out what to tell her, you know?

I haven't tried out any of my ways to talk to guys to yet, but I will soon, I promise! In the meantime I will give you tips on how to gain confidence. I really need to gain confidence, today at soccer practise I was so bad, mainly because I didn't believe in myself. I do it all the time (especially when I'm playing soccer), I'm going on and on in my head about how bad I am, and I can't stop thinking, that I don't want the ball, cause what if I screw it up? You know? It's horrible! And when I have a conversation with someone, I'm afraid to look them in the eye, cause I have a feeling that, then they'll see how ugly I am. Again horrible! So I'll give you some tips, and again I will try them out for you, and tell you if it works. Because I really, really, really need to gain some big fat confidence NOW!

#1: Look in the mirror, while telling yourself that your beautiful! Do this three times a day.

#2: Tell yourself over and over again, that you are good at this! You can do this! You are going to do your best! And noone can stop you.  - Because if you keep telling this to yourself, you will start to believe it, and soon it will start to be true, you'll improve a lot, and voila your one of the best on your soccer, basketball, volley, baseball team (this works at whatever sport you play).

#3: Believe in yourself! When you do something, believe in yourself, believe that you can do it! Even if you can't, just believe that you can and you'll do better than if you think you can't.

#4: Do something that gives you confidence.  - For example I got a lot of confidence once when I was gathering money for a good cause, and I knocked on peoples doors and talked to a lot of strangers. This gave me a boost of confidence. You can do something as simple as that, or go even further, bungeejump, sky dive, touch a snail, talk to a guy, you never had the confidence to talk to before, do something you're afraid of, and when you're done, you will feel like "If I can do this, I can do anything!".

#5: TALK TO STRANGERS!  - talk to a bunch of strangers! tell them about yourself, and get new friends. So if you are afraid to talk to people, you'll totally get that feeling, that you can do this! You just need practise, the good thing is that the practise is totally free and you can do it anywhere. Just jump right into it!

#6: Wear what makes you feel good about yourself, feel comfortable! Wear clothes that is comfortable, makes you feel good about yourself, looks good on you and all that. Cause when you feel good about what you're wearing and how you look, you will look a gazillion times better!
