the 31st of July - Getting back in shape

Hey everyone!

I saw Carol H for the first time since the vacation started today. Oh I've missed her so damn much! That's the bad thing about vacation, all of your friends go on vacation and you go on vacation and you don't get to see each other for so long! I know 4 weeks isn't that long, but it is when you're used to seeing these people every day!

Today I went to soccer for the first time since the summer vacation started. So I'm in such a bad shape it's crazy.. I went for 2 runs in the vacation, which means in the last 4 weeks! And I haven't stretched, I haven't been doing my abs workout or my arm workout or anything! So now here is my tips on getting back into shape after a break (a vacation).

1. Do something physical every day, change so that one day you do cardio and the next you do strength  change between these from day to day.
2. Be sure to start over, if you before the break could run like 5 miles, then start with 2 and work your way up to 5.
3. Be sure not to overdo it, you could get serious injuries!

I know that wasn't many tips, but this is what I'm going to do to get back into shape. And I hope you found this useful.
