The 29th of October - inner thighs part 2

Hey there!

So I've changed the healthy schedule a little, because I need to take baby steps to make a difference in my eating habits. So instead of saying that I have one day where I can eat unhealthy, I'm gonna say that I have to eat healthy when I'm at home, and then I can eat what I want/what is served anywhere else. But it's not like I'm gonna go for a walk and bring chocolate, I will of course try to stay away from it completely, but since we know me and know that that isn't possible. I will just stay away from it at home and then if I'm at a birthday I can say yes to cake you know? And also I have another video about inner thighs that I did yesterday, and it's pretty good too.

And today I was at ballet again, I'm starting for real, just for the winter months but it's pretty awesome! And it also trains the thighs a lot. I can definitely recommend it!
