Hey there!
So the last two days there has been a challenge but I must be honest and tell you that I haven't completed them. Now this is the last day of the challenge and the challenge was to write down everything you ate and here it is:
Breakfast:
Two homemade buns with butter and two glasses of water.
Lunch:
Two homemade buns with butter, 1/2 liter of water and a frozen banana.
Dinner:
3 bowls of tomato soup, 2 toasts and 1 bun, and 2 glasses of water.
After dinner:
a soda
So yeah as you can see, my diet hasn't changed that much because of the challenge. But since I didn't follow the challenge completely, I don't think you can say that it's the challenge, which is why I'll do it again soon. Now I'm going on a class trip tomorrow and will be gone until Thursday. We need to pack lunch for tomorrow and I'm making a salad. Probably with either tuna or pasta (or both?), salad, cucumber, carrot and corn.
