The 24th of December - Happy christmas eve!

Hey everyone!

Happy Christmas eve! Or should I say "Mele Kalikimaka"? That's the Hawaiian way of saying Merry Christmas, and why would that be appropriate since I live in Denmark and have nothing to do with Hawaii? Well this year me and my family decided to spice up christmas instead of just do what we always do. So we decided to make a themed Christmas and the theme we ended on was Hawaiian. So that's why I'm saying that. It has been such a great evening, we have had so much fun, and we ate only food we love and all this candy and cake that we baked in the days up to. It has definitely been one of the best christmases ever! I got some great gifts, and tomorrow I will show you all of them, but I didn't get that many. I mean you see these gurus on youtube showing what they got, and they got sooo much stuff. My stuff are more like a moderate amount, and I'm so happy with all the gifts so I wouldn't want anything else and I'm not like thinking there's too little.
The reason that I got gifts Christmas Eve is because that's how you do it in Denmark. You eat, then you dance around the christmas three singing christmas songs and then you open your presents. So we kinda mixed the danish traditions and then we went with Hawaiian decorations, clothes and music in the background.

Since I am half an American (my dad is American) we also open gifts on the 25th, these are the gifts from "santa". So we have always had a little different christmas than the normal danish christmas.

Merry Christmas everyone!!!

Love,
M.E<3
