Hey Maia here!
So my mom, my sister and I are going to a run/race thingy. Now the thing is, I'm in such a bad shape, I can't run very far or very fast. The run is in three weeks, and my goal is to run at least three times a week and I'll start out with around 2 k and end up with around 5 k. I'm going running tomorrow after school and sunday. I know that's only twice, but I ran in gym yesterday and that kinda counts. So tomorrow I'll run you know around 2 k and run the entire time, NO WALKING! Also tomorrow I'm going to a little sleep-over and saturday I'm babysitting this dog, or no I'm just walking it but still.. So I'll give you a little update on my running tomorrow or Saturday, let's see. I've managed to blog three days in a row, I'm pretty proud ;)
