9th of May - Awesome workouts!

Hey everyone!

I'm so happy today! Because I finally blogged two days in a row which is not happening so much these days. But it just did! Yaaay.

Okay today I'll give you some awesome workouts.. These a mostly for bikini season, you know if you want to loose a little before jumping into your new bikini. So I find my body okay, but I'd like to loose some weight around my belly and my thighs. So I'll put up some videos here for that, and also one for arms that I do sometimes because I don't want my arms to be all flappy. So here they are:

I really like "Tone it up"'s videos, I can definitely recommend them!


I've been doing the "Itty bitty bikini workout" and the arm workout for a long time, and I love them and they work very well. The rest of the videos are as new for me as they are for you. But I'll try them out soon, my plan is to do at least one of these exercises a day, some days I'll do more than one. And I will try to eat healthier too, cause exercise does a lot, but not everything so eating healthy it is. Wish me good luck! And good luck to all of you if you have the same goal as me!
