I'm so very sorry that I haven't been posting all week! What's wrong with me?
Oh well the whole thing with that girl went very good. We talked and it wasn't awkward at all. We met Carol H in the bus and then we went to this amusement park, and we got home at dinner time and Carol went home. And even though she wasn't there we had fun anyways, watched a movie and such. And in the morning I followed her to the train and went home.
Now since I started training up for this run, I have to stretch afterwards. So I have made a little stretching routine.

That's my new stretching routine. And also I have tried the thigh workout I posted a week ago, and it works really good, my thighs were hurting like two days after doing it, so I can definitely recommend it. That was it, I hope you enjoyed. Love M.E <3
