The 28th and 29th of September - Challenge day 5 and 6

Hey girls!

I have a confession to make.. I ate candy and chips and drank soda Friday.. I have broken the challenge,  and that is sucky of me. But I'm going to keep doing the challenge, and just not eat any more candy! I did complete the challenge Friday, the challenge was:
Day 5: Eat your fish! - Eat something with fish in it! Anything as long as it contains fish.


I ate tuna, 1 can of tuna. I brought a tuna sandwich with me for school and then I mixed the rest with mayo and ate it bare. So yeah. 

And the challenge Saturday was:
Day 6: Think about everything you eat! - think about everything you put in your mouth today, and try to avoid sugar all day.

Well I was up all night, so I ate candy in the night, and for breakfast I had a bun with chocolate on it, so yeah, not really done. 

I didn't sleep at all in the cottage, so when I got home, I went directly to bed and my dad woke me up when there was dinner, then I went back to sleep and slept until 2 am and then I fell back to sleep again and woke up at 8.30. So yeah I mostly slept yesterday.

Today the challenge is:
Day 7: Try a healthy new dish! - find a healthy recipe (either on the internet or in a book) that you've never tried before, and make it! Maybe you just found your new favorite meal? Make sure it's something with many veggies and protein.

But I'll switch it out, because I have to eat at my grandparent's house, so I can't cook today. So I'll do Day 8 today and Day 7 tomorrow. Day 8 is: Make a healthy smoothie! - try to make a healthy smoothie for you and your friends or family. You can use berries, fruits and yoghurt, but remember no ice-cream or sugar, keep it healthy.

I'll write the smoothie in here later, and make it day 7. Sorry that I broke "the rules" but it won't happen again. + it's MY rules! ;)
