The 27th of September - challenge day 4

Hey there!

Today is challenge day 4, and to start of, I actually had a piece of cake today, because a guy in my class had brought it for us, but I only ate half of it. I did drink my glass of water before breakfast, I didn't drink any alcohol and I only ate until I was full.

Todays challenge was this:
Day 4: Make yourself breakfast! - whether it's healthy banana pancakes (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FA9Z7vvRIw), oatmeal or whatever you can make up.


And I decided to make the oatmeal, because I simply didn't have the time to make pancakes.. But anyways here is the recipe on it: 1 dl of oats and 2 dl of water (simply just twice as much water as you used oats), and then you just heat it up until it has the right consistency. And then when it was done, I sprinkled some cinnamon mixed with sugar on it and then I chopped up a banana and poured it in too. 
Sure it takes a little time to cook up oatmeal, but really it's so worth it! It tastes so good and it's healthy, and you can pretty much put anything on top of it. 

That was the challenge for today, and tomorrow is fish day, where you have to eat fish for at least one of your meals. Now I'm going to a cottage with the musical team, and I can't really control what I eat for dinner, so I will probably eat fish for lunch and just remember gum in school (no one likes a fishy breath). There will probably be cake and candy, but I'll try very hard to stay away from it! I don't want to eat it, but it will be hard to stay away from it. Wish me good luck!
