So todays challenge was the one of challenge day 7, because I had to switch them around.
Day 8: Try a healthy new dish! - find a healthy recipe (either on the internet or in a book) that you've never tried before, and make it! Maybe you just found your new favorite meal? Make sure it's something with many veggies and protein.
I did try a healthy dish that I hadn't made before but I must confess it was very similar to one my mom have made before. It was wok with noodles. I've made it without a recipe, but I wrote what I used down for you, if you want to try it. It tastes pretty damn good! And I can definitely recommend it! And there was actually left overs so I'm having it for lunch tomorrow too. Anyways here's the recipe:
leeks
oil
potatoes
carrots
noodles
chicken
curry
That's what I used, and you just start by cutting all the veggies and then frying them in the wok with oil. Then I took them of and started boiling the noodles in the wok too. And on the side I cooked the chicken in a pan also with oil (mainly because my sister is a vegetarian and I just made it on the side) and at last I mixed the veggies and the noodles, sprinkled curry on it and curry on the chicken and served it. Of course you also mix the chicken in, if none of you are vegetarians.
Jep that was my recipe. Now since it's the first of October, it's time to make the "what I've achieved" list once again.. Here it is:
1: Get my first boyfriend (yes I know, I'm 15 years old and I haven't had a boyfriend! LAME!!)
2: Get my first kiss (and since I haven't had a boyfriend, I've never kissed a boy :/)
3: Write on this blog every day
4: Eat healthier and get fit (I'm NOT a healthy eater, and I don't do alot of exercise and I'd like to change that)
5: Be a better person (cliche I know, but I really do want to be a better person.. Like doing volunteer work, or help animals or people)
6: Get better in school (I have a B- as my average grade, and I really want that to be and A- (At least))
7: Learn to play guitar or piano (I've always dreamed of being able to play an instrument)
8: Go on a "real" date (never been on one of those either)
9: Lie less (almost everyone lies every single day, but I don't want to do that anymore so....)
And the update on it:
1: Nope still haven't happened for me yet....
2: Jep kissed that Christian guy, but haven't spoken to him since.
3: Getting better at it though?
4: I'm doing the challenge which is a step in the right direction.
5: I'll have to work harder on that one..
6: I think I have gotten better in school, but we'll see when the next grade card comes.
7: Haven't played guitar in a loooong time, but I have been practicing a little piano lately.
8: Nope..
9: I hope I don't lie a lot, but honestly it's not something that i think about not doing..
