Heeey!
The next two weeks I'm going to be really busy, but there is this party Friday too and I'm afraid my parents won't let me go cause I'm so damn busy all the time.. Also Carrie is having a birthday party from Saturday to Sunday, but the problem is that Saturday my day looks like this already: 10 am-11 am: musical, 11 am-9 pm: my cousins birthday... And then I would go to Carrie's birthday after, so you can see that my day would be a block of things, and my parents are just so worried about me being stressed or something. It sucks! I really want to go to all of these things. Let's see what they say, when I ask them tomorrow.
And todays challenge was:
Day 9: Eat nuts! - Nuts are great for you, and a healthy amount of nuts would be around 40-60 grams or 2 handfuls a day. Although this is the healthy amount you probably don't usually get that many, but today you will. Go for almonds, walnuts or brazil nuts (these are the healthiest, but others can be just as good for you.) Just don't eat peanuts and say that they are good for you, cause they aren't!
And I did eat my amount of nuts. First I ate a handful for breakfast, mixed with yoghurt and mashed banana. And then when I got home I ate my second handful in a smoothie (the same recipe as in challenge day 7)
