The 24th of September - Challenge day 1

Heeeey!

So today is challenge day 1, and the challenge said: Day 1: Take a picture or write down everything you eat this day! - eat what you usually eat on a normal day, don't be healthier because of this! Because what we want to achieve with this challenge is to see how many unhealthy things you actually end up eating after all.

Now even though the "rules" is that there is no candy any day, I decided that today was like to see what I usually eat, so I did eat some candy. Yes I'm addicted.. But this is just to see how impaired my diet will be after the challenge. So here is what I've eaten all day!

Breakfast:
1 glass of water
1 bowl of oatmeal/crunchy müsli with milk. (the crunchy müsli is not very healthy)

School lunch:
1 nektarine
1/2 liter of water
1 chocolate cracker (the next 3 things are something someone gave me)
1 ores cookie
a little of Carol T's bread

When I came home:
1 banana
a piece of chocolate

Dinner:
2 glasses of water
3 pieces of bacon
1 and a half bun with butter
2 veggie steaks

At my soccer game:
1/2 liter of water
1/2 pear

Evening snack:
1 cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream
4 marshmallows
4 rice crackers


And that's all I ate today. I've eaten some candy and sugar, and I realize that what I eat isn't that healthy or unhealthy, but no matter what I would love to change that. So yeah let's see if my diet has turned any healthier at the end of this challenge. If you have decided to join me, please post your challenges in the comments. Remember to have fun with it!
