Hey girls!
So today was challenge day 2, and I didn't eat any candy, cake or drink soda, I started my morning with a glass of water, I didn't eat any alcohol and I only ate until I was full.
Now todays challenge was this:
Day 2: Bake for school! - Find a healthy recipe on bread on the internet or if you already have one, and bake bread to make a healthy sandwich for a healthy lunch at school.
And I did bake for school, I baked sandwich bread, and tomorrow I'm going to make a sandwich out of one of them and take a picture for you. And I'm just going to give you the recipe here, I found it in a magazine and rewrote it to make it a little healthier. Here it is:
1 dl of oil
2 dl of water
3 dl of milk
50 g of yeast
1 pinch of salt
250 g of oats
300 g of flour
125 g of spelled flour
mix oil, water and milk and crumble the yeast into it. Put in salt, oats, flour and spelled flour and let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Mix everything nicely and knead the the dough. Let it rest for 1 and a half hour. Make 10 equal sized flat buns, and let them rest another 30 minutes. Sprinkle with water and oats. Bake in the middle of the oven in 20 minutes 225 degrees celcius and 437 degrees fahrenheit.
Yes and that was my recipe, but I would recommend finding your own recipe and rewrite it yourself. Now the measurements we use where I come from are different and a lot of you won't know how much the different things is. But ladies google is your friend. Have fun with it!
