Hi!
Today is challenge day 3, and I did eat a little sugar in cooking class, but only a small piece of cake and I don't think there was that much sugar in it. I started my day with a glass of water, I didn't drink any alcohol and only ate until I was full. And todays challenge was;
Day 3: Eat your six fruits/vegetables today! - You can just be honest, you don't really eat 6 pieces of fruit or vegetables a day now do you? No.. But today you will!
And today I did a matter of fact eat my six fruits and vegetables. 1: I had a squished banana with natural yoghurt for breakfast. 2: I had a carrot and the veggies in my sandwich (picture on the bottom of the page). 3: We had a vegetable pie and apple cake in cooking class. 4: For dinner we had mashed potatoes, which also contained carrots and spinach and we had beans on the side. 5&6: two frozen bananas (I will tell you more about that in the snack challenge).
And just to finish of the challenge from yesterday, here is the picture of my sandwich:
It's a stinky picture I know, but I was in a rush and I just had to take a quick picture. What I put in it was tuna, cucumber and salad, pretty simple, very healthy and so tasty!
